Admin has full access except billing. Sales sees and manages their own leads, jobs and quotes with pricing. Crew creates jobs and adds measurements and photos on their own or assigned jobs, with no pricing or costs. Subcontractors have no login on your account; you set their pay per job, they get reminders and can confirm from a link, and with a Subcontractor Pro account they see every job you add them to and track what they're owed.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

We email you a reminder before it ends. To keep going, subscribe to Business Pro for $100 a month, or Subcontractor Pro for $35 a month after its 14 day trial. If you don't, your account pauses but your jobs, quotes and customers stay saved.

Can I bring over my existing customers and jobs?

You can import your whole customer list from a spreadsheet (CSV) in a few clicks. Past jobs don't import automatically, but call or text us and we'll help you move anything over.
